Cerulean Concepts is known for being at the forefront of the transparent educational based build process. Having partnered with custom home builders in Central Texas for the last decade, Cerulean Concepts has set a higher level of design standards for spec homes. Now based in Williamsburg, Virginia but expanding their reach worldwide to disrupt the design-build industry with their online course, Design Before Build.
Founded by Lindsay Cerilli and her husband, Matt; Lindsay has worked with some of the top builders in Austin, Texas as well as the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. Some of the Builder and Design + Build firms Lindsay has joined forces with include; Goodner Brothers Custom Homes, Shumate Homes, Emerald Homes, Wes Peoples Homes, Highland Homes, Exclusive Builders, Sandy Spring Builders, and Carnemark.
Mom of a toddler and two fur babies, world traveler, organization fanatic, and lover of all things chocolate. Having worked as a design selection coordinator and project manager in the new construction industry for thirteen years, Lindsay has designed over 300 homes and has helped countless homeowners navigate the design-build process. With an Interior Design Degree and having studied abroad in Cypus - she values organization and communication and brings an innovative approach to design selections.
As an advocate of making educated decisions; her goal with the Design Before Build online course is to simplify the once thought of daunting selection process and make it something you will enjoy and feel empowered by!
